Prior to launching Five Missions More, Abla spent three years heading up the licensing and publishing department of a rapidly growing independent record label. Focusing on expanding the international reach of the label’s publishing arm, she forged many lasting relationships with sub publishers and licensing partners all over the world. With an eye on strategy and firm grasp of the business side of what we do, in addition to over 10 years experience in creative sync, Abla provides the solid foundation on which we continue to build.
Actively involved in independent music since 2000, Tom’s background is label based, building a extensive skills base in distribution, press & promotion and most importantly A&R. His role at 5MM covers two key areas: identifying, nurturing and helping to develop up & coming talent. And secondly: client liaison, where he helps to develop 5MM’s brand, network and infrastructure.
